“Creative Fun - Calm & Supportive space to explore and experiment”
In the studio
My classes will be small (with a maximum of 6 for both children & adult classes)
The aim of the children’s classes are to provide an opportunity to develop confidence, skills and nurture a desire to explore and experiment with all things clay. We will explore a variety of hand-building techniques using a variety of clays - some that need firing and glazing but also clays such as air dry and Fimo clay and even some plaster casting depending on the project. Once they have learned a few techniques for joining & sculpting the projects will very much be led by the children’s interests. Most importantly, we will have fun!
The adult classes will also provide opportunities to learn new or develop existing skills with clay in a small relaxed class where ideas can be shared and you can have fun experimenting with a variety of tools and techniques to make individual creations!

Sue made it a really comfortable space.
Helped me be creative. I went in with a different view of what I was going to make and Sue helped me to explore different ideas. I enjoyed learning about all the different techniques and am really proud of my work. Millie
